At The Polaris Pointe our mission is to create the most memorable vacation experience for our clients. Our Villa hosts postcard views on St Croix looking to the north and south. We sit atop Catherine ‘s Hope on 20 acres so you have total and complete privacy and intimacy. Our staff is second to none. They will be here to take care of you during your entire stay from beginning to the end. We will greet you at the airport and escort you to the Villa and provide complementary piña coladas upon your arrival as well as a charcuterie tray and $300 of complimentary groceries to start. Our staff including Andreas Conhoff and Roosevelt Young who will take great care of you during your stay.
Our villa was built as a palace and fortress by the wealthiest man in the world at the time - billionaire Adnan Kashoggi. Kashoggi was a businessman known for his lavish business deals and lifestyle. He understood the art of bringing people together, which is why he built his Carribbean villa in St Croix . He had many parties in St Croix at the palace with guests including Princess Diana, Rod Stewart, Mick Jagger, Barbara Streisand and Oliver North. Robin Leach did an episode about Kashoggi on his show Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous also highlighting our villa in St Croix and “The Bachelor” was filmed here in 2010. In addition to his palace, which we now call The Polaris Pointe, Kashoggi had homes in London, Paris, Cannes, Monte Carlo; a 10,000-acre ranch in Kenya and a sprawling two-floor Manhattan residence.
Polaris Pointe sits atop 20 acres with the most beautiful views of St Croix with a direct view of Buck Island. Our villa boasts serenity, privacy and breathtaking vistas making it idyllic for family vacations, reunions, small company retreats and weddings.
(We have a minimum six day rental for our villa).
The Polaris Pointe has the best balcony in the Caribbean. On a clear day, looking north, you can see St. John and St. Thomas and the British Virgin Islands - 85 miles away. To the south, you can see and hear the ocean over a mile away. We have no noise or HOA ordinances to contend with so you can enjoy yourself into the wee hours if you would like. Our Hot Springs Grandee hot tub hosts 7 adults and has beautiful views looking to the south.
We partnered with Turf Factory Direct in Dalton, Georgia, the premier supplier of turf to Top Golf franchises around the world and are building a 2,600 square feet putting green in the Top Golf theme which will include a driving bay, a putt-putt course with 5 holes, as well as a chipping green which will allow you to chip onto the putting green. This is a unique experience with our villa.
The Polaris Pointe has seven bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults and children. If your group is greater than 14, we can accommodate additional guests at the Buccaneer Hotel.
When you arrive at Polaris Pointe, our concierge and general manager, Roosevelt and Andreas, will greet you and give you a tour of our villa and provide you with a Cruzan piña colada as well as a complimentary antipasto or charcuterie board.
The Polaris Pointe is the only villa that provides you $300 of complementary groceries upon arrival to get your vacation started. This includes soft drinks, beer, some alcohol and your initial provisions so you don’t have to go to the grocery store immediately.
We are the only Villa on the island that has its own private PA. Jason Snow can come to the villa if necessary or direct you to his Urgent Care location for care. (There is a fee for the service.)
We have 12,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, including seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. We are innovating the vacation industry with our unique al-a-cart approach to activities. You can - for a fee - book excursions, trips, hikes or almost anything you would like through our concierge GM Andreas and property manager Roosevelt.
Our private chef, Arianne Walcott, can chef for you as well, and we have relationships with some of the best restaurants on the island.
Some of the activities we provide include the following:
- Jetskiing at Rainbow Beach in Frederiksted
- Parasailing in Christiansted Harbor with Carribean Sea Adventures
- Having our Masseur come directly to the house for you
- Having our private chef, Ari, come to the house to chef brunch, lunch or dinner for you
- Catamaran trips to Buck Island National Monument with Cap’n Carl Or Carribbean Sea Adventures.
- Go Deep-sea fishing with Captain Adam
- Eco-tours through the rain forest and to Point Udall
- Snorkeling and scuba diving.
Guests of The Polaris Pointe can have access to tennis and golf at the Buccaneer Hotel or the Carambola Golf Club.
Our guests can also have access to the amenities of The Fred Hotel in Frederiksted.
If you would like some live private entertainment at the villa, we can provide Moko Jumbies and fire dancers perform for you on our south balcony. And we can have a steel band play for you as well!
Our team is happy to help you save time and get straight to relaxing by booking any of
these activities for you as we maintain great relationships with these businesses. Of course, if you want to book yourself that’s fine as well.
By the end of 2024 we will have our own fleet of three cars on the island so you can rent directly from us instead of going to the rental companies or taxi drivers.
Event fees are always required for larger events like reunions and retreats and weddings exceeding the original group size and prior permission is always required. House parties are forbidden at our home.
